At AI TO CEO™, we are committed to providing premium digital resources that help entrepreneurs build smarter businesses through AI, automation, and business systems.

Because all of our products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All products sold on AI TO CEO™ are digital downloads.

No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product.
  • Your files are delivered electronically.
  • Digital products cannot be returned.
  • Your purchase is non-refundable.

Instant Access

After successful payment, your digital products will be available immediately through your order confirmation and/or download page.

Please save your files to your device after downloading.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

After reviewing your order, we may issue:

  • A refund for the duplicate purchase,
  • Store credit, or
  • Access to another product of equal value.

Technical Issues

If you experience problems downloading or accessing your purchase, we are happy to help.

  • Email address used during checkout
  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to ensure you receive your purchased files.

Technical assistance does not qualify for a refund.

Unauthorized Use

Each purchase includes a single personal-use license.

Purchasing our products does not grant permission to:

  • Share download links
  • Resell products
  • Redistribute files
  • Upload products to file-sharing websites
  • Include our products inside another course, membership, or digital product
  • Claim AI TO CEO™ materials as your own

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our products may result in revoked access and legal action where applicable.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after digital products have been delivered, AI TO CEO™ reserves the right to dispute the claim by providing documentation including:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Download and delivery records
  • Order confirmation
  • Customer communication history
  • Access logs (when available)

Limitation of Liability

AI TO CEO™ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect customer email addresses
  • Download issues caused by customer devices or internet connections
  • Loss of downloaded files after successful delivery
  • Customer misuse or inability to use the purchased products
